Run and Gun 2023

The first Packing Pretty Ladies Run and Gun was held in Alpine on August 26, 2003 and the Big Bend Sportsman's Club range. The event was set up with four courses of fire combining rifle and pistol targets with a bonus shotgun round. Participants ran a mile, shot the course, and repeated. Prizes were awarded based on time and accuracy, with the first place shooter receiving a custom AR rifle presented by Lt. Col Allen West, who also served as a range safety officer. Another rifle was raffled off.
